At Rival Hair, we take hygiene and product quality very seriously.

Due to the nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is confirmed to be defective; it shall be replaced.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will replace the item only (no refunds)

  • Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us

Please note that we reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a replacement.
